This year our task is to build a robot that can race around a (roughly) oval obstacle course as quickly as possible. Said obstacles consist of gravel, a ramp, carpet as well as bathroom tiles.
During the kickoff we received an expensive starter kit, including an Arduino Mega and two NiMH battery packs.
In the following days we’re going to develop an idea of what our bot will look like with the most interesting question being: What method of transportation (wheels? tracks? something else?) will we be using?
