Student Robotics: Problems with the Simulation

We are currently facing a problem that limits our software-related productivity tremendously: A new stable version of the Student Robotics python package has just been released, however, this version appears to contain several bugs. As a consequence, we can neither prototype our code for the bot nor tackle the virtual challenges. Maybe you can help us? Here is the stack trace:

Despite this severe setback, we are of course extremely motivated and are really looking forward to the main competition next year. The work on the technical robot design continues.
