As mentioned in our previous post, we’ve adjusted the design according to the feedback that we got from our peers. We didn’t account for possible inaccuracies occurring in the robot’s movement in the first design. Thus, we made the opening in the front wider in this second version so that cubes can get caught more easily. Ideally, this will work similarly to a funnel channeling in all the cubes nearby, which will hopefully cause us to win points. Even though this is a significant upgrade, we will still carefully consider every possible weakness of our design and minimize it as much as possible going forward.
