Eurobot: Further Works on the Prototype

We continued to work on the prototype this week. We worked on the belt drive and continued to work on the driving mechanics. In contrast to last year, this year we are using a stepper to drive the belt drive, which means that we can precisely track positions on the linear rail. We have also changed the gripper again and now use ball bearing to avoid unnecessary friction. At the moment we are working on assembling the individual parts of the prototype.
