We learned from out last years experience (and the year before 🙂 ) and finished our time shedule earlier this year, with lots of reserve and testing time that hopefully won’t be used on finishing our robo. In order to manage all this, we organzied ourselves with a small timetable (and we are not lying about this one, we even have a picture!).
