Student Robotics: Precision Crafting

As we needed to replicate at least some parts of the arena to test our strategy accurately, we replicated the so called high rises, which are pedestals fixated to the ground. Cutting out the exact right cardboard size for the boxes was a bigger challenge than expected. In the end, none of the boxes had perfect measurements, but fortunately, nothing beyond the margin of error that we were given. At least they look quite nice when you don’t look at them too closely. Also, the crafting was quite fun and even somewhat relaxing. But, don’t fret, this blog isn’t about to become an arts and crafts channel so stay tuned for more robotics related blog posts soon!
